What You’ll Learn Inside Anchoring Parenting
A 6-module online coaching program created specifically for adoptive and foster parents
MODULE 1: Understand Your Own Reactions
You begin to see why you get pulled into the same patterns and where they come from. Recognizing these patterns is the first step for change.
MODULE 2: See What Is Beneath Your Child´s Behavior
You start seeing the trauma behind your child´s behaviors. That changes how you respond to them.
MODULE 3: Stay Steady When Everything Escalates
You learn how to anchor yourself first so you can guide your child through intense moments with more calm and clarity.
MODULE 4: Build Your Resilience for the Long Road
You learn how to care for your own energy and create the support you need for the long road.
MODULE 5: Bring More Ease Into Daily Family Life
You feel less tension and more capable in the daily moments (bedtime, homework, daily transitions...) that used to exhaust you most.
MODULE 6: Find Hope and Meaning in the Journey
You stop measuring yourself by the hardest days, begin to see meaning in your parenting journey and find your way back to yourself.
BONUS MODULE - Bond Through Play
Through simple bonding activities, you discover gentle ways to feel closer to your child and bring more shared joy into your daily life.
Nice to meet you, I'm Florence Minas
ADOPTIVE MOTHER · SYSTEMIC COACH · MSC. ORG. PSYCHOLOGY
I adopted two children from Colombia over twenty years ago. I have been where you are, through the meltdowns, the exhaustion, and the moments when nothing seemed to work. Looking for answers became my life's work. Over the years, I found answers in trauma and attachment science and mindfulness practices.
That is why I created Anchoring Parenting, a trauma-informed program built specifically for adoptive and foster families. Because traditional parenting advice was never built for children like ours.
And now I want to give you what I wish someone had given me much earlier.
